So I'm 5ft 8 and weight about 134 lbs. I'm an ectomorphic with a long neck.
Is it possible for me to make my shoulders higher, my neck thicker and just generally look buffed? Or am I forever going to look like a pussy?
I go to the gym, drink gainer since I can't put that much food into my stomach, but there aren't any good results. Also my wrist is so tiny and skinny you soon could mistake it for a dick. Will it be thicker?
What do you recommend me to do besides killing myself?

So you do not want to lose weight ? Steaks are not bad, maybe you should avoid too much bread or cereals. Generally, fruits and vegetables are so calorieless you can eat it. Just stop eating biscuits or crackers.
