question: I find cycling way more fun than walking and running because you can go real fast. Can I get fit just by cycling? Anyone cycle here?
I've cycled 10km a day for 5 years here, got natty quads from it. By all means, if you like cycling go for it.
Also don't feel bad about your eating. Gotta eat big to get big boyo
