From a guy that worked in meat manufacturing, yes. It's pretty shit tier diet wise. It's unnecessarily high fat content is more than what your daily intake ratio should look like if it's your staple meat. Along with that, it has sodium nitrate added to preserve, which is a carcinogen (even if it's organic). Organic just means the sodium nitrate was derived from celery, still carcinogenic.
Any natural cut of meat will be better for you, anon. That includes pretty much any uncured pork.

I do turkey every now and then. But I stick with Chicken thighs, chicken breats and maybe once a quarter, NY strips from costco. I dont go out of my way to buy organic, I dont understand that shit
