Hi /fit/, how many of you started being a skinny weakling neet and ended up being fit?
I'm on the spooky mode right now, and I need help.
>read the sticky.
I just want to know who else is or was in a similar situation.
Pic unrelated.

I was somewhat spooky when I started, but was always fairly athletic up until middle school, then video games became my life. Turned skinny-fat, literally chugged cherry coke by the 2-liter.

Bench started at about 85x5. DL was 150x5. Squat was about 120x5.

After 16-17 months of PP/PPL/TM Im at 285/410/500 1RM now. 5'9 manlet.
>>
Im still fat but im down to 188lb from 295lb @6.0ft like 3 years ago. Never thought id be able to cut to 250lb never mind sub 200lb

Hoping to end this year at 180lb, then its time reevaluate, should i cut more to 170/165 before lifting.

Its taking me a long time but i realised 18 mnths ago this was a lifestyle change. Some of you guys here have helped me stay focused.

We are all gonna make it brahs.

started spooky 70kg 190cm, now 95kg 190cm.
1 year, always eating, pretty dirty bulk. true i gained some fat as well, but beats being spooky for a change. lift, eat, sleep, dont worry too much. and remember, eating is a part of your training, eat a little more each time.

pic related top start, bottom some months ago at 90kg.

Started at 51kg (~112 lbs) @5.7ft skeleton manlet.

I've been lifting for some months, but I fail to bulk enough. I feel like I'm starting to have an almost "normal" body.

Used to have back pains just for carrying my backpack around, I was pretty fucking weak, I still am imo, but it's already much better healthwise.

Just gotta eat big !

Bless me with gains hitler senpai

Is it harder for a skeleton to gain muscle mass than for a fatty ?

go get 'em tiger, the gains are laying there on the ground at the gym. you just gotta pick them up, and eat like a man.

serious advice for "hardgaining" fags:
1) count your calories so you see you are not eating enough
2) eat enough, make sure to fill your intake no matter what
3) drink your calories
4) dirty bulk you sad cunt, eat cookies and mcdonalds, if you lift you get noob gains from those calories. and being slightly fat beats being skelly.

I started at pretty much the same (5'8, 52kgs). Was declined entry to navy because I was too small. Made it to 62kgs (105, 120, 150kg bench squat dl), got accepted. 3 months of bullshit training and came out at 52kg, been yo-yoing between 54 and 64kgs for 2 years now. Every time I get moved it tskes 2-3 months before I can get to a gym.

I fear i may not make it

Nice, man. Did you feel lifting improved your posture? No offense but in your first pic top left your posture looks pretty bad, I've kind of got the same right now.
>>
>>39356524

You're gonna make it brah, stay strong
>>
>>39356626
Thanks. And none taken - I looked and felt like shit due to years of drinking behind the computer alone playing LoL. Depression is a hell of a drug.

My posture definitely improved, from gaining strength in the back muscles - its is just easier, little to no effort in standing up straight. Sometimes i forget, but quickly fix it.

Keep at it, and you're gonna make it.
>>

Thanks, man. Keep it up.
