Is there any benefit to doing a clean style deadlift over conventional?
Wtf Is a clean deadlift?
Uhhhhh the obvious answer is do clean deadlifts to improve the movement of your power clean. They're really not so similar bro

Do you mean "both hands overhand" ? i.e. "claw" ? as far as "clean deadlift" ???
>no, there is not. Brian Shaw (WSM) deadlifts dual overhand.

I'd imagine it's a deadlift using the same setup as a clean
So hips lower, bar closer to/over the balls of the feet
I'm no expert OP, but your clean will probably improve if you even train that lift
Overall if you're not doing olympic lifts, I'd probably just stick to conventional. You'll pull more weight and I can't think of much you'll be sacrificing

That's conventional grip. As opposed to mixed grip. I don't think that's what OP means.
