Go to doctor, see whats fucking wrong, get some scans, get blood work done, research some gym shaman shit like foam-rolls and stretches, lay off the squats, do some supplements(research which ones), get some stem cell shots

Stop doing leg workouts and stretch. Just do leg rehab:

>stretch
Don't do any of the rehab where it involves standing, just do everything on the bed.

I feel your pain OP, I have shoulder pain atm. Have had to stop lifting for a bit and want to kill myself.
Ice that shit several times a day, look up some basic exercises you can do. But don't do anything that causes discomfort/pain.

The most important thing is having your shins be 100% straight... no leaning forward, or sideways.
When I sprained my right patella tendon in 2006 (and my outer quad atrophied) I used a broomstick to balance against my one legged lunges,,, while my other leg lay on a bench press bench.
I also did a TON of k-bell squats, and uber wide leg presses...

Same with me, squats and mobility training around the squats saves my knees.
I have very minor jumpers knee. Squatting with a box helps. As well as foam rolling the outer part of your quads.
