What are good on-the-go foods for hiking, camping, roadtrips, etc?
Going to spend a lot of time in hotels and traveling, but want to maintain a decent diet and try to prevent bloating as much as possible from things like high sodium.

Can cofirm, I lived off this shit while hiking and camping for 5 days through the mountains.
What you can also add is:
>cans (if weight isn't an issue)
>dehydrated rations (GOAT, but expensive)
>honey
Basically think of anything calorie-dense and/or rich in fiber and go ham with it.
