6 weeks on SL 5x5, gonna DL my body weight on wednesday so everything going fine
but i have a huge problem with barbell row, i have proper position, i breathe just like on any other exercise. And every time after i finish my set i have this nearly blackout, vision is blacking out, legs are mellow and i really struggle to keep standing
what possibly could i be doing wrong? i have no problems on any other 5x5 exercises
The only possible cause for this is lack of oxygen to the brain

i tried, even taking nearly full breaths between the reps, didn't help
your body will get used to it
and you are not going to pass out, ive tried it after a deadlift and i doesnt feel the same as what you are experiencing

Breath normally, no deep breaths or holding breaths.
Else might be BP spiking, I get that head rush after heavy squats
I used to get that after squats and deadlifts when I first started lifting.
Eventually it just went away.
