Let me redpill you. You need much less than 1g/lb of protein a day, this is a known fact since the 90's. Try to find the paper in NCBI.
Are you an elite athlete training for olympics? No, ok then you don't even need to eat animal protein everyday. Are you lifting for 1 hour 3x a week? Just eat like a normal person and try to not go over your TDEE every single day.
