classic MRSA infections. Wife had one in her breast after my son was born. I've seen people with plenty of these at work. They may look like a little pimple, but underneath there may be a hole big enough to fit a fist in. any kind of injury/needle can cause these.

Takes forever. You have to pack it almost daily, drain it, keep it open or it will access again. It can (usually does) leave permanent indentions from scarring. My wife had to go to a breast surgeon to have a 10x6cm abcess cut out. It healed up OK, but the notch is pretty noticable topless.
