I'm trying to get more Zinc into my diet, however I'm hesitant to use supplements because the upper limit is 40 mg and all I can find are 50 mg and I don't want to overdose. How do you guys get your zinc?

15 in my multivitamin
15 in my prostate support supplement

So I am doing 80mg/ day without issue

6'2"
240lbs....
