For over 6 years now I have had to crack my back daily or more
I started this habit during high school sports, and now 6 years later my back is stiff unless I stretch and crack it.
What long term consequences when into back cracking daily?
What's master technique to back crack on days your back don't want to crack?

Cracking your back is not the issue. The poor posture that leads to you having to crack your back is the issue.
Strengthen your core and your posterior chain and fix your posture.
Look up anterior pelvic tilt. If you have it. Fix it.
I place my foam roller perpendicular to my spine and hug myself, trying to grab each opposite shoulder blade. Then just move the roller up and down the length of your spine. I hit my T4 pretty good this way and it's kept me from going to the chiropractor as frequently.
Hip alignment is my biggest problem and generally leads to my lower back/lumbar being sore until I get that to crack.
What if I have good posture. I was a Sears catalog teen model who wore Levi's and sport tops. I had to use good posture

cracking has no longterm effect its been proven several times now. There is something else causing your stiffness.
