Same anon. A few beers is no big deal for me, but liquor wrecks physical/ mental gains.

Everything in moderation

Can't have everything, sometimes you just gotta make compromises or miss out on some things.

I drink as soon as I get home from work/shopping. I don't have the urge to do it, and I force myself to, but I choose to do it. Being drunk is the only time in my day when I don't want to stick my head in an oven or choke some one out.

Every five days I have to go a full 24 hours without drinking though. It's absolutely murder.

I don't know about that. I try not to drink too much anymore. Maybe on Friday or Saturday I'll get wrecked but for the most part I stick with weed.
Weed is great for social gains as well, just don't let people know you are high when you go out.
They'll just think you are an awesome funny guy.
Since we are kind of on the topic of health.
Does anyone know how to get Viagra on the low?
I've been smoking for about 9 years (cigs) and they have finally fucked up my dick. Really hard for me to maintain an erection.
I want to order some online but I don't want to get rip offs and I don't want to get in trouble either.

I think the idea of using alcohol as an emotional crutch is where you're going to have serious issues.

Lately I've been drinking a lot, but it's been in fun social scenarios so it's still a positive experience. Maybe try to be more sociable and have a couple while you're out enjoying yourself instead.

I used to drink everyday.

Didn't go to AA or any bullshit like that, I just lost interest in it.

I still have a beer every once in a great while. Once a year I will even still get fucked up. But I don't like it the way I used to. When I do go out with friends and have one, maybe two drinks, I then drink water or soda the rest of the night. I leave early, and go watch tv or just go right to sleep.

What you're feeling now is what I felt last year.

I was going out to bars and clubs almost every weekend, getting drunk etc. Then I just got over it. The thought of alcohol disgusted me.

I don't drink anymore. My gains are better than ever and so is my skin and hair. Alcohol really is horrible for you. Also, I've saved up so much fucking money. My night outs now cost me 20 bucks max as opposed to 100 when I would drink.

Alcohol is good if you drink a couple to relax and thats it. I'll go to my local tavern and drink some new imports or weird craft brews but thats all.

Smoking weed is infinitely better effects and you dont have to sacrifice calories.

Drinking is the only way I can go out and have a good time. Wish I could be at the bar sober but then k just end up standing around and barely talking.
