Yes.
You can't increase gains by increasing natural test production. It doesn't work that way.
The body has VERY efficient mechanisms in place to balance free testosterone levels in the body, basically because homeostasis. And any natural increase will quickly be bound by SHBG, which removes the anabolic property of testosterone (though not the libido or mood enhancing effects, if you are looking for that).
If you want to increase test levels to a point that affects gains, then you need to introduce huge amounts of test (amounts your nuts could never produce under any conditions) so that your body literally can't manage and regulate it.
This requires injecting testosterone. There is not decent oral version of testosterone, and the other methods like a gel rub, are inefficient and could result in you rubbing testosterone on your mother when she kisses you goodnight.

So will it ever be possible to inhibit's the body ability for the natural increase to be bound by SHBG, and what would the effects on the body be as a result of that directly?

There's no legal working testo booster.
Just wasted money going down some supplement companies pockets.

Probably possible, I don't know for sure.
But it would carry a lot more negative side effects than simply injecting testosterone, as well as the side effects of injecting testosterone.
So basically it would be pointless.

It has Arimistane / Androst 3, 5-diene-7, 17-dione (ADD). It's more of a pct than anything.
