I eat 2 a day every day. Large eggs ofcourse. If they're not as big, I'll have 3 or 4.

I perfectly flipped 5 over easy this morning, felt good.

I don't have to talk about what happened, but have to eat all of them before I leave.

>break 5 eggs in small bowl, scramble
>pour into sizzling pan
>flip and break until somewhat dry
>fresh ground pepper to season
>serve and add diced pickles/olives/whathaveyou and topping of choice, depending on your sodium intake

bam, 30g+ of protons and a truckload of calories, consume with whole grain bread if so inclined
