So guys, im thinking about starting to take creatine. Would i still be natty? Idk if i should. Are there any negative effects?
Thanks!

>supplementing creatine is natty because it is naturally occurring in the body, you're just supplementing extra
Surely this means that supplementing testosterone is also natty, right /fit/?

The thing is , i havent seen any reports of negative health impacts. So im actually interested in it.

Monohydrate wrecked my stomach to the point where after the first week I decided to stop.
A year later decided to try HCl and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I haven't experienced the hair-loss meme and I haven't experienced the stomach upset as with monohydrate.
You're not going to experience steroid like gains but it will help you push out that last rep when you're fatigued instead of failing.
I personally consider it natty because you can eat naturally occurring creatine in a lot of meats. Claiming creatine isn't natty is like saying protein supplementation isn't natty or eating food isn't natty because it helps your gains.
Its on the verge of not being natty.
Ive seen people say that its not natty, and poeple say that it is.
I love creatine. I feel like if I'm putting forth the effort, something that gives me better results and more edge is fine to use.
In my own use, I can justify creatine, but not something as far as like test or roids.

Your hair will fall out. My super thick hair started thinning and my hairline on one side got higher so I stopped taking it.
