Hey /fit/,
I eat pretty well, and do some exercise (simple cardio, pushups, crunches, planks) -- Is there any way I can target my belly area more effectively? I've read the sticky and feel like I've gotten as far as I can right now, but this lil' bit of tummy fat has always been super stubborn.
TL;DR: Halp with bit of tummy fat plox.

Eat less

That's your problem, fucking around too much on the two main factors in weight loss.

Eat less.
Is it possible to eat well and do cardio regularly and still rock a belly like that? Smells fishy
>>39326863
What?
>>39326863
Nope.
OP has probably never counted calories or calculated his TDEE. In other words, he thinks he's eating pretty well, but is actually eating 3.000 kcals while he only needs 2.000.
Just go on HRT and become a woman.

You looked at some words but missed the part where you have to understand stuff.
Have you tried 50 mile bike rides? They burn more calories than you accrue in probably about 2-3 days if you go hard enough, and they spike your metabolism.

i'd fuck you just right babe

Fix your posture

Pretty much. I roughly count my calories (ie, read labels, look up nutritional value for stuff I cook), but I don't even know how much I weigh.

Yup, next year actually, though I wouldn't call myself a woman. That's besides the point though.
So basically, my takeaway is that I should count calories, figure out my daily energy expenditure, and do a Lot More Cardio. Got it. I figured that would be it, but there isn't anything I should do with weights to increase calorie burning?
