Why the fuck didn't anybody tell me how fun these are? I started about a month ago, couldn't even do 1. I'm up to four now and holy shit it's fun finding new things to do pullups on around the house/yard.

Pavel made it popular. He's the biggest body-weight proponent of all time. GtG is doing an exercise comfortably throughout the day, every day, without reaching failure. For example, doing a handful of pull-ups every time you cross your door frame. It increases the amount of reps you can do on any given exercise at 1 extra rep every day or two (I'm dead serious).

It goes against a lot of bodybuilding ideas, but hell does it work well. I can do 24 pull-ups, full range of motion from GtG. Works for push-ups also, anything when it comes to reps
