Sleep is one third of getting fit, but there really isn't anything to talk about.

Limit your caffeine in the afternoon, if you REQUIRE coffee, energy drinks, etc. to make it through the day, you have a problem.

Make going to sleep at the exact same time a routine.

Have a strong, burly man next to you in bed to cuddle up with.

I get about 5-6 hours most week nights (work 7-3) and I've noticed that in getting some shitty bags under my eyes. I just hate going to bed early for whatever reason. Shit sucks.
I used to have a night shift job that was 4:30pm-3am. 10 hour shifts for 4 days a week. Fucking loved it. Some of us are just night owls I guess.

Going to bed early sucks but I gladly take more alert state of being over sitting on a computer for an hour more.

tl;dr drop the alarm clock and aim for 8 hours sleep with same wake-up time each day
