I am not on HGH but I also have a huge gut like that when not flexing abs. How to fix that?
>>39325653
Eat less.
>>39325654
But why the fat "disappears" when flexing abs?
>>39325704
Visceral fat.

Stomach vacuums will help
>>39325653
>>39325704
start doing stomach vacuums, there are muscles in your body specifically designed to keep your gut in
>>39325704
because its your organs that grew also when you took HGH.Sorry bro , you are stuck with this shit for life.
>>39325727
Kinda true.
But mostly it's probably due to inflammation.
No wheat. No sugars. Like zero. Your gut will go down 2x. Then do super high rep ab exercises.
It's either u got a huge ass gut. Or, u gotta deal w those 3 things.
Up to u anon

t. transverse abdominislet
>>39325721
Will they? I tried vacuum but while doing then I don't feel like my muscles are doing anything special.
>>39326600
post a pic of you relaxed and you doing a vacuum
>>39326600
Keep trying until you start hitting them the right way and actually fatiguing those muscles.
Different sources say you will start feeling your transverse abdominis in between one to four weeks after starting to train them. When I tried it, I started "feeling" them about five days in.
Training the transverse abdominis is INCREDIBLY boring and hard (constantly getting out of breath, lots of pain), but the results pay off.

>but the results pay off.
Even if I don't have this problem? (Not him)

Adding vacuums to my routine was a godsend. I was just doing weighted crunches and planks which were helping, but vacuums are pulling everything into place, making it all look better.

Dianabol will fuck your gut but Hgh will only fuck your heart and brain
>>39326695
Thank you. How many reps per day should i do?
>>39326674
Can't do that sorry
