Hi everyone i'm a new girl here ^_^ (yes girls can lift weights too xD) how should I go about loosing weight and getting a better bootay ;) Oh and I don't want to use dumbells or weights don't wanna get big and bulky like this picture of a she-hulk. How good is deadlifting for ass gains? I always get more activation from dls than squats

both squats and deadlifts use your glutes heavily and will make your ass freakishly huge. I see no reason why anyone would want bigger glutes than that.

Yeah I'm not complaining. I do squats and dls with some other stuff thrown in there and my glutes are huge.
