I reached 147 squat at 74 using Cowboy Method. But I'd make sure you've maxed out LP first. If you're not a super manlet, 74 is quite light so I think start SS with 70-80kg 3x5 and eat a lot and I think you'll soon get much further than 100kg 1RM.

I bulked up to 195-200 from 165 and I'm really fucking fat now @ 5'10ish. You can probobly get away with going up to 195-200 if you take it relatively slow. Once you can't make any more gains on LP, which will likely come sooner than later, don't be afraid to hop on a different program.

Any good killer shoulder/hip stretches to fix my kinks? Especially my right shoulder. The tension just never seems to go away.

Also, do you guys have any tips on how to make my squat stance setup more comfortable? It always feels like if I don't unrack the bar and walk my feet into a perfect stance, that my squats feel somewhat crooked and jagged. It's very distracting and uncomfortable.

for shoulder do a lot of rows and pushups it helped me when i blew my shoulder out and now i do them as prehab since and it really got the tightness/tension away like you described during my rehab of it

Not in my case it was basically the only thing that helped besides the rows, you could try it one time at the end of your workout and if it works it works if it doesnt you have to try something else

the type of rows i do are from cables at the top part so you're pulling up from the top downwards learning back in a rowing motion but im sure that row would suffice
