Hey boys, I've got a shitty paint for you guys. This what's happening to my squat form when the weight gets higher.
Is it ok for me to be doing this, or should I go down in weight until I can move up and down as one unit? Basically, is it dangerous/bad form to be raising first with my ass so significantly? I had thought it was just a hip drive, but was a bit worried that I was essentially doing squats + good mornings. Then one day some dude came along one time and told me I shouldn't do it and it's been bugging me ever since since.
