Bulking for 260+ then a steady cut next spring. Program is PHUL with cardio and mobility on off days. In the past I've only focused on lifting to get big. Trying to focus more on general fitness and athleticism now.

Not gyno, just unfortunate subcutaneous fat placement. There'd be a hard mass. I had a pea sized mass when I was 15, but long since gone.
