Hey /fit/, some quick questions I've been struggling with:
Started out about a year ago at 6'3" 295lbs. Picture is 6'3" 199lbs.
According to the tape measurement method/online calculators I've used my body fat is 14-15%, though I'm not sure that's 100% accurate.
Where do I go from here?
Should I start eating above maintenance and building muscle? (I'm very weak currently, no lift above 200lbs)
Or should I keep losing weight and trying to cut my body fat % down to a lower % first?
I'd like to start building some strength and muscle finally, but I'm still a little annoyed that I have the hanging gut and tits and would like to make them disappear.

Roids is the only answer.
calisthenics and cardio on a high carb diet. when that gets ez, start trying some different strength routines and stick to one that gives desired results

>not going to build any muscle
>consume a bunch of carbs
>just lose more weight and look even more flabby
seems pretty obvious

good progress on the arms, but no offense dude i think your core/buttocks area can get a boost.
do you deadlifts? it can really do wonders in rounding out your bottom torso and filling your gut with muscle.

I've just been doing SS the whole time while losing weight to try and maintain what muscle I do have and keep my form in check.
So that's mostly what I'm wondering, whether I should start bulking or still try to cut more body fat/weight.
