Anybody here blessed with /slavsquat/ and find full ATG squats easier than half squats?
Theres no moment of tension in the half squat holding position, you can lockout for a half seond of rest in the ATG position

How do you rest if you cant slavsquat? Not being able to slavesquat means losing balance at ATG unless your muscles are tensed
Real slavsquat means i can hold that position for hours as easy as i stand upright

I don't squats anymore because of injury but slavsquatting is the most comfort rest position. People on the train stare and I stare back.

If you are real /slavesquat/ you wouldnt even hold contests. its exactly the same exertion as standing upright. Imagine a contest to who can stand longer. Its so meaningless you wouldnt even bother
