How the fuck does one lose your tire.

What is a tire?

The fat the accumulates around the lower abdominal, usually chills right above you pants line. I'm sure you know what I'm referring too.

I've heard it's diet, it's cardio, and core workouts do little to lose it. Is this true? What works?

What's the way /fit/ or what's your 2 cents

Can confirm all you need to do is eat under maintenance. Currently cutting and notice my love handles and lower belly fat shrinking. So far I've taken 3 inches off my waist in 2 weeks.

Okay so what I go is keep lifting obviously,

But main point is eat less. Spot working out doesn't work for fat loss.

I don't drink damn near any soda, only time that happens is when gf, I'll be cutting that out now tho.

So no liquid sugar, eat less, make those 3 means a day I'm guessing with the 3 snacks in between too im guessing goes without saying?

I've heard before that eating regularly promotes muscle gain obviously when you workout and your metabolism from slowing down, and making fat.

But eat less, no sugar drinks, spot working my core doesnt shed fat, keep lifting, got it
