OP, do supinating bicep curls with dumbbells. Seated at an incline works well. Hammer curls are good for brachioradialis. You should be doing pull-ups already (but don't think pull ups are going to give you jacked biceps by themselves).

just do enough sets/reps, eat plenty, and sleep well. biceps are the easiest muscle to work with dumbbells.
