This. Just talk to a psychologist. They are extremely nice and are trained/indifferent to your awkwardness. That is what they specialize in.

After you go for several visits and talk to a psychologist, your social skills will come back and then you can branch off to talking to the coffee lady, the mail man, etc. Then you just build off of there and eventually you will reach women and then get a girlfriend.

That's how I made it. It all sounds very hard, but the reason it seems so hard is because you are overthinking it. All you need to do is stop resisting and take baby steps. You can become a seasoned chad in less than a year. Just talk more. Doesn't matter who, just talk more.
