Dunno my friend I was really into it for a year and a half and I just became disillusioned with it, deadlift and bench were flatlining and I was just straight up bored.

With these feelings of ennui I couldn't summon up the effort to go to the gym, after deciding only to do the upper body movements I enjoyed I kept up my gym-attendance so I hold no regrets.

Weight loss has eaten half of it; I've posted it when It looked better. Now all the walking I've done has made my thighs bigger, making my ass look even smaller and that tendency for my hams/quads to get big really fucking quickly is putting me off the idea of squatting before you suggest it. I reeeally don't want to doxx myself, sorry lol. I'm 5.1k mmr just trying to grind mmr...

If I were you I'd try cutting 5-10 lbs then maintaining or slow bulking ~1 lb a week at most with a super high protein diet, and doing heavy weight high intensity workouts 1.5-2 hours a day 5-6 days a week to build as much muscle on that 6 ft frame as possible.

Start eating Greek yogurt with whey protein mixed in it, cottage cheese, and lots of meat with less carbs, sugar, and other crap you don't need.

Look into a PPL variant or brosplit. People shit on brosplit but I love it and even masT did it as a natty. It works well desu. Then the trick to making it work is high weight, low rep, high frequency. Lift heavy ass shit for 3x5 or 3x10 sets of a lot of different things. Start with a super heavy compound exercise then work on isolations.

In person and mirror can look very different to what people look like in pictures. Usually a guy who look decent in pictures looks a lot bigger/more impressive in person - especially if they are not super lean, as definition gives the illusion of more size in pictures.

I am really strong by all standards (>1.5 x bw squat and >2 x bw DL) though but you overstated by ~5lbs all my stats... I guess I really look strong which is great
I don't do gear anyways but I eat clean and lift a lot for 7 years now for which period I have dumped 10% bf and have put on at least 15 lbs muscles
I have somewhat maleish hip to waist ratio but I like myself this way so I feel complimented and all
my dl is more than 2pl :P
as for age your estimate sounds great cuz I am a little past your guess

currentgf has only started lifting and dieting with me like, 5-6 months ago and she's already starting to tone up so nicely with the newbie gains. She dropped ~25 lbs over the 1.5 years since I met her. I love the somewhat shredded female look, idc what anyone says abs and muscle look good on everyone.

Older 20's early 30's is my preference anyways. It seems like that's when people start getting their shit together emotionally. Good shit anon, you're doing great honestly; hope to see more of you.

I think I might be fat and weak after 1 year of lifting. I have the upper abs but lower abs is fat and love handles. I am 18 and lost 100 pounds before I started lifting in a stupid way, no protein only carbs.

I've been spinning my wheels with bulking and cuting for the last year with some gains but not that much. Should I just bulk to gain mass and become a monster of fat and musce or cut?
bench 70kg, dl 140kg, row 70kg.
5'7 18 and 176 pounds. I do have a huge ribcage tho which makes my chest look big despite it being small

No gym selfie today so reposting.

I only started doing compounds again the past few weeks, still warming up maxing out, all these are 2-3 reps.

Squat 100kg not pushing it to avoid snap city (ironically the only compound I did the past year and the one I hurt my back for the first time in my life doing)
Dead 180kg but with straps, this one feels close to my real max, I'll still try 185 next time
Bench 100kg but I think I can go higher
Incline bench 90kg but went rather easy
OHP I think should be around 56-58kg, while I used to 65 for sets of 5, feels bad man

I'm 1.83, I don't have a scale but I should be around 80 kgs.

Had some ice cream and pizza baguettes today. Still losing strength because I am eating below maintenance but at least I did 6 muscle ups today, so yay me.

I wish I had someone to shave my back though. That motherfucker is way too hairy and its honestly starting to gross me out a bit.
