Ever since I started lifting my hair has started falling out like crazy.
Got a prescription for 1mg of Finasteride.
Anyone use Propecia/ Finasteride before?
Already been using Rogaine/ Minoxidil for 2 years and didn't see much gain.

Minox kind of just halts the recession. Minox in combination with fin can regrow hair provided there's still some in the area that's losing.
Keep up with the fin, see us in 6 months and see if there's been any change.
I'm on my 4th month of Propecia.
Here's the timeline of my use so far:
>Week 1
Balls ached like a motherfucker.
>Week 2 until 4
Horny like a motherfucker, I must've fapped like three times a day, something I hadn't done since I was 15.
>Week 5 until 9
Felt a bit "sluggish", like I wasn't there mentally all the time. My libido began to stabilize.
>Week 10 until 13
Mind started to clear, started coming back to normal.
>Week 14 until now
All is well, starting to see some new "black dots" on my scalp (buzzed it before I started).
I'm thrilled and can't wait to see my results at the 18 - 24 month mark.
In regards to sides, it seems that most of them wane off once your body gets used to the drug. And the main reason for said sides ought to be the 10% rise in E2 (since men who are born with 5-ar type2 deficiency are healthy in every aspect) when you're on it, but this can easily be countered by using some AIs. I myself use zinc, vitamin E, boron, DIM, choline, grape seed extract and nicotine.

Is there a multivitamin or something I can take that includes those things?
I don't really want to take boron supplements.

From what I've gathered you kinda have to buy 'em all separately. A regular multi just doesn't cover it all.

the cure for baldness is to shave it and lift. you're already doing the second part.

Bullshit. Hair loss has a great impact on a man's appearance. It can easily subtract 3 points from your overall looks rating.
The "just shave it off bro" crowd is so fucking ignorant.
