this is probably the fifth time I want to get serious about working out. however getting enough food intake has always limited my gainz. I am thinking of just eating a couple of cheap burgers from mcdonald's everyday until i am closer to my goal weight. is this a bad idea?

I feel you op, recently my apatite has been pretty low compared to normal, and I feel gross eating so much. I've been tracking what I eat, and when I eat it. Don't eat McD's it's literally shit, if you want fast food Arby's might be a little better. I'm thinking about supplementing my calories with more scoops/cans of tuna.

buy ground beef 85% fat and make your own burgers. there will only be as much filler as you put in and you wont get cancer nearly as quickly. drink juice, especially grape juice after a workout for easy calories that have some nutritional value. eat a lot of peanut butter, and other nut butters. personally Im getting a gallon of walnut oil off ebay for $60, if i ever dont have enough calories for the day, Im going to supplement with the walnut oil and get all those delicious omega 3s and 200 cals/tbsp

Not bullshit. I also have trouble eating enough to make gains unless I'm literally shoveling fast food into myself for every meal.

im on the same mode. i just make a big ass shake that i split up into morning shake and night shake. its a solid 1,200 calories all in total. i also buy those jumb corn dogs cause theyre like 280 calories each. 3 "jumbo" corn dogs with a small 600 calorie morning shake is over 1,000 calories easy peezy. thats only the morning. i usually dont eat much for lunch but when i get home i stuff up on corn dogs, milk, sausage links, those microwaveable chicken patties and bread, especially bread. its not really nutritional at all but it gets the job done and i really dont have to over stuff myself much. just dont chug the shakes. make sure to water you shakes down a little. MAKE SURE TO EAT BREAKFAST. if you miss breakfast then you might as well give up for the day if you have shit appetite like me. breakfast is what helps make you hungry through out the day
