Can I over eat one day every few weeks? I've been cutting for two months now and I really want to eat an entire pizza and just a whole bunch of shit.
Will I lose all my gains if I do it?

You won't lose your gains but it might trigger cravings or become a bad habit. Binging on crap food isn't such a good thing.
I don't do it because it fucks with my digestion and makes me feel like shit for a few days afterwards.

drink some water and eat meat + veggies beforehand to avoid going overboard. you probably wont want to eat an entire pizza, instead only a few pieces.

One cheat day every 14 days is fine. It gives you something to work towards, lifts your spirits, and some studies say it can actually improve your results.
Just make sure you workout that day and you don't go over 3x your calorie goal.

Is working out that day essential? I can only eat pizza on the weekends and I don't have any muscles to train heavy.

Well if you work out and eat a surplus at least there's potential for building muscle. Otherwise try to not go over your maintenance
I bulked from 164 to 191 in the summer, starting to cut now.
I binge eat every Saturday. Currently 161 and trying to get to 155. Go for it.
To clarify more, I eat a shitton of unhealthy food including pizza, lemonade, pasta, ice cream etc in one huge meal at around noon and don't eat anything till the end of the day because I get so full. Still only 3k calories and I end up not going over my limit.
Just don't do dumb shit like eat an entire pizza. Add a bit of variety and you'll feel like you binged a lot more than you actually did, which helps you out.
