Your normal powerlifting split is supposed to be bench<squat<deadlift in order of increasing weight but I deadlifted like 75% of my squat max for most of my career as a high school powerlifter. Later blew out knees due to shit form trying to place in state.

Usually just eat brown rice chicken and broccoli. Whey oatmeal for breakfast. Ive inly been lifting for about a month I do Squats/OHP/Dips/Leg press on Day A then Bench/Diddlys/Pull ups/Curls On Day B. I mainly did cardio before that to lose the fat. First post. Started at 57kg with no exercise, sat at a PC everyday so had very little muscle and skinnyfat.

I've only really just recently started to concentrate on protein intake. If you're worried about getting """""fat"""" (don't be, you're 100% dysmorphic) bulk for 2 weeks, you'll gain literally a few ounces of fat, and then just cut for 2 weeks.

Once again, lean bulks over a long time period , IE Months is the most effective way to gain strength.

But you are (severely) dysmorphic and I wouldn't want your self esteem to go down or you to get stress/raised cortisol levels because you feel fat

So my recomendation here is

1. Stop the dysmorphia, you're as or more INSANE as the guys that think that Zyzz was too small and skinny for women.

2. Bulk for a couple weeks, a month, cut.

I promise you that you don't look fat in clothes.

Thank you anon for the advice. I tried bulking last month and got up to 106-107. I was eating an average of 2200 kcal a day. Didn't like how I was looking so cut back to around 1500 (although I have had 2200 kcal today) and have been 104-105lbs. Since you lost weight at 1500, prehaps it is higher than that?

I would say, try 1700, for a 2 weeks. If you don't gain 1 pound, then you need to eat more, if you gain 2 pounds, maybe eat 1600.

Make sure you are weighing yourself on an empty stomach, at the same time of day, naked or wearing the same clothes.

1lb is such a small margin of error... I would tell you to just eat 1700 for a month or two but you're very concerned about bf %.

It takes some time to figure out TDEE. Good luck.

Drink water every hour, close to a gallon a day total or over. Black coffee or green tea when you're not eating if you get hungry. You still need to count calories, IF is just an eating pattern essentially. It worked best for me when I worked out fasted around 11 or 12 and then broke my fast around 3 pm or so.
