So, basically anorexic
>6'1" - 130 -135 pounds
>Just started (the 1st) working out to gain muscle mass, I'm maybe <5% body fat
>My genes are in my favor and I have potential, I know it
>I eat right, mostly pesco pollo vege

Get meat lovers pizza, whole milk, peanut butter and jelly, oats, tuna fish, cottage cheese, all these things are easy to make and have decent macros.

If you don't gain weight, eat more. Doesn't matter wtf you eat if you don't eat enough. If you want to be real accurate track your calories. Also you should read the sticky. None of this should have to be explained.
