Hi the stickey says to start from a simple routine of
Trening A
5×5 Squat
5×5 Bench Press
5×5 Barbell Row
Trening B
5×5 Squat
5×5 Military Press
1×5 Deadlift
Can I add some russian twists and other exercises, or shoul I just stay with those 3?
Bump
No if you do extra exercise you will not see any benefit from the program.

autism, are you trying to get him into t-rex mode?
throw in barbell curls, ab exercises and calf raises OP or you'll look like a skinnyfat with a big ass
(also add tricep exercises, deltoid exercises)

>autism
How painfully ironic.

But why. I mean, will it hinder the program/lower my gains? Isn't more exercises the better?

If you just started lifting seriously this should be sufficient for the next 2 years.
Work on your technique, every one of those exercises are complex and need you to concentrate.
You can start do add exercises after 6 months or later.
Every kind of exercise has its own place, static <> dynamic and complex <> isolation.
Rather than Russian Twist you should Plank and Side Plank (all static).
These will get you growth until some point.
After that keep the planks but alternatively do hip raises (feet in the air) until they become too easy and you can do more than about 18 each set without burn.
After that you need to add weight or use a machine at the gym.
Russian twist is a good exercise but if your abs and biceps femoris are too weak you might worsen your hyperlordosis or at least get some problems with your lower back.
One more thing.
Since youre into Abs you might want a flat stomach.
So do the exhaling exercise where you inhale into your stomach and exhale with force (not fast) and flex your deep abs.
