if I have one of those rest days where I'm itching to do something I like to work on grip strenght and do some slow bodyweight squats for simple flexibility training. forearms always recover in time anyway.
Yes Desu. Have a labral tear so my bench (and as a result, my chest) is pathetic barely breaking 100lb at 191lb bodyweight 6'1". But todays workout I felt my chest really get hammered with my flat bench and incline DB press. I got to the gym late so i wasn't able to do cable flys but i can see some growth actually happening in my chest for the first time in my life. feelsgoodman

I just do 30 mins on the ellipitical machine plus walking to and from /uni/.
Feels good breh, really stretches out my muscles and helps with soreness.
