Depends.

If you're not super strong, it'll keep going up (usually at a slower rate, but it'll often allow for longer progress than just doing lower volume work). If you're fairly strong it can often drop off while you're doing volume work due to a combination of fatigue and getting out of the groove because you're not going heavy.

Lift longer and see how you balance out. At the moment you are too small to really be able to effectively tell.

It's not uncommon for a program like GSLP to be lacking in upper body volume for some poeple though so you can always add some extra curls, dips and pull ups once you've done the main program. If you start to stall or struggle with progression then cut out the extras first.

I'd say do SS or SL, both can be modified to be done with dumbells. I'd recommend getting a adjustable bench (if you don't have one) for bench press, although floor press is a good substitute for bench.

The only ones I activate any muscles on were my Seated OHP, and Row, OHP was felt in my shoudders & triceps marginally, because I was trying to explode in the press.

two questions:

1) After trying to do bicycle ab exercises the area slightly under my heart starts aching before my abs do and I have to stop. Is this just muscles being stressed above their regular threshold, am I doing the exercise incorrectly or do I have some sort of deformity?

Heres what you do because I had the same issue. Lower the weight if it takes a lot of effort to life the weight. Go slow on every rep. Focus on contracting the muscle you want EVERY rep. Continue the program as you would, adding weight progressively but if the next workout you can't make that mind-muscle connection with the intended muscles then lower the weight. Trust me. Lower the weight or else its all for naught. You might also want to try pre-fatiguing the muscles but I think what would serve you best would be to start with a low weight and increase the volume to form the mind-muscle connection.

When i lift a weight i get a weird sensation in my right arm

Keep doing what your doing, but I suggest attempting your pull ups as best you can and then dead hang back down. What I mean by this is is your legs to assist while you pull up as little as possible. Then swing your legs back and control your decent.

I'm a high enough weight that I feel tired but a low enough weight that I'm able to complete my three sets per exercise. I do around 3-4 exercises per group, and it's just a three day brosplit.
