I used to be a 5 day split lifter. I tried ballet because my uni was offering entry level ballet classes.
It's been 2 years and I'm now attending adult ballet classes at the national ballet 4~6 hours a week. I only lift 2 times a week focusing only on heavy low rep compound lifts. I spend more time on stretching, yoga, and ab exercises now more than anything.
My arms aren't as thick as before and I haven't done a bicep curl in over a year, but physically I definitely look better than ever. Ballet has allowed me to improve my body far more naturally and proportionally than lifting ever has.
Or am I becoming a total faggot?

A man should be both strong and mobile/flexible
Lift and do yoga. Nothing wrong with having hobbies esp. when it puts you around the opposite sex.
If it works it works

You're becoming a major faggot. At least rock climb or something cool like that fairy.

That's awesome that you have that opportunity, took it, and are successful with it, anon. When I was in college, I always wanted to try ballet, but I was too shy. Now I live somewhere that doesn't offer adult classes.
