Plan on bulking to 260+ this winter then doing a gradual cut in spring. Running PHUL with cardio and mobility on off days. Because of injury, squats, deads, lunges are all off limits unfortunately.

Looking for actual rates and critiques so that I can target weak areas and correct potential imbalances. Enough with the "REE SO TALL."

Delts, arms, back, and chest. Try a brosplit routine if yours isn't working out for you or PPL. You've got wide hips which isn't a bad thing, but it's genetic so without bigger delts/shoulders/back it's going to look fridge mode.

Diddlys, dumbbell flies, cable flies, rows, pull-ups, barbell straight shrugs, and regular/incline/decline bench are your best friends now.

conventional was much easier for me, but I think my potential is higher with sumo, so I'm practicing a lot. had to dial back squat intensity as a result, but leg strength/size has not suffered at all, as sumo is ridiculous for legs.

What has worked so far is drinking a gallon of water a day, doing high intensity training intervals (fast jumprope for 3 minutes, uphill sprint, etc) but that last 4% bodyfat does not want to go anywhere so I figure it must be in my diet

I did fasted cardio for a while and it seemed pretty good, but I haven't found bcaa's to make any noticeable difference for cardio or strength. regular cardio is something more people should be doing, fasted or otherwise. I try to do 15-25 min per day of low-moderate intensity cardio.

I found BCAAs to decrease my recovery time by a lot to the point where I can go to the gym every day (some days I like to rest though). Doing cardio has helped me a lot and some people refer to cardio as weight loss when it's not true at all.. especially if you are doing inclined moderate cardio.

Gonna try fasted cardio and some sprints for now.. I usually have a ton of energy in the morning.
