Can someone please explain something to me?
If I eat just ramen packets all day, I will only consume just below 2000 calories, would I not lose fat this way? My TDEE is 2544. Any reply would be helpful.

You'll lose weight, but you'll feel like fucking shit. If you want muscles you need protons as well.
ive been doing this while crunching out my last semester
you will lose fat if you eat below your TDEE but you will also lose a lot of muscle without any protons
also even though im losing weight overall, i noticed a lot of extra water bloat at first from all the salt
How do you get extra protons? I am always at around 80g of protons, but at 68kg/ 176cm I should be eating more, right? I am just starting out lifting (3 weeks)

50 grams in 6oz of chicken breast
32 grams in 4 cups whole milk
lots of protein in eggs
