I'm about 3 and a bit weeks in pinning quads every time, just make sure to grab the muscle around the injection site whilst you inject and try not to move the needle around too much once it's inside.

Also use either cotton wool or alcohol swab to press around the needle whilst pulling it out.

I've heard that heating the needle under hot water before you inject helps but I'm not sure about sterility.

As for before injection feels, I've never really had an issue with it but it's still always a tiny bit tense before I inject.

People on roids aren't necessarily the ones people should be taking advice from. The roiding masks a lot of bad knowledge and inefficiencies. Sure training is important, and you can train harder, longer, and more frequently on roids, but diet is still king. You can get away with skimping on recovery a bit because the roids help, but to make the most efficient gains on roids you'd ideally have great diet and great recovery, and just train more than natty.

imho looking good comes after you've build the muscles first not after you've dieted down. there shouldnt be a bulk/cut endless cycle for years instead there should be a bulk then recomp to your limit(with roids past that for either) then you dial down your nutrition to get your specific look like vascular/full look or something else specific to what you need sports or other wise .
