about routine:
do bunch of pullups and pushups its not like youll grow legs doing shitty pistol squats - i mean do them anyway they stabilize ankles and improve balance but take that in mind - you cannot build legs without weights
gymnastics are godtier for upperbody
theyre absolutely trash for legs/lower back
