My goal for a while was to be able to rep out a 115lb overhead press. Starting with putting 25s on both sides and just increasing. Well yesterday I did it for 3 sets of 5. Next step is repping a 1 pl8 overhead press.

Wasn't the only exercise I did that day. I think people are scared of volume on squats, but it really helped me.
