I am 19 years old. I am 6.44 and i weigh 121 pounds. I am tired of being a skinny fag so yesterday i bought Some dumbells and other fitness stuff. Be my personal trainer. What should i start with? Full body exercise i can do everyday.

In regards to actual gainz, you should have read the sticky. In order to actually weigh more that a car tire. You will need to bulk, the sticky has info on bulking. Full body exercise is stuff like bench, squat, deadlift, snatch, clean/clean and jerk. You should have just joined a gym OP.

Hey im a dyel faggot that has finally be consistent on his routine the past 4 weeks and making progress in my lifts
unfortunately got sick yesterday and missed a workout. Think I might have to miss one today as well.
Should I suck it up and go, or take a few days off?

I'd just fucking eat until you get to a more "healthy" weight. Then start with squats, bench, ohp, rows and incorporate a few extra exercises around them.
