3 times per week I do 40 reps of landmine 180s and 40 hanging leg lifts.

I hit abs twice a week on tuesday and thursday after my workouts. I think the big compounds hit them pretty hard otherwise but I want mine to really pop when I cut this spring, plus I want a strong core for some calisthenics stuff I'm working on like human flag. Been doing it this way for 2 months and I'm already seeing improvements in strength and definition despite bulking

3x8-12 hanging leg raise
3x8 ab wheel rollouts
3x12 hanging side raises
2x 1.5 minute plank

I train them 3-4 days a week. I desperately need to cut but you can still see my abs, even when I am not flexing. Pretty cool, so that's why I keep training them so much.

3 x 15 leg raises with either 15 lbs added and knees bent OR knees straight and pausing at the top
3 x 10 L-sit pull ups
3 x 20 ab wheel rollouts
3 x 1 minute plank with 45lbs added (but I started doing 70lbs for 1 minute this week)
