I tried pulling conventional for like 2 years, always ran into back pain - was connected to me having quite dominant APT at that time, I believe.
Read through so many ways of setting it up, the cues used, the bracing, etc. but always ended up in a position where I had a small bend in my lower back. People said its fine, no problem, bla bla but i could feel how it fucking killed my lower back every time.

Eventually gave up and checked out sumo, liked the way it feels and now im trying my best to get better at it.
Have years of loss to catch up, girls outlift me, etc etc - really godda figure this shit out now.

And for sumo I currently struggle with getting the setup right consistently.
There are reps that feel insane, where the bar flies up - and then there are reps that we absolute crap.

I feel like I somehow need to hit the sweet spot with my hips.
Some reps I can only feel my glutes, it's like the entire lift is just moved by my glutes - it's weak and slow.
Then, some reps the bar just kind of is infront of me, pulling me over, making it very back heavy.
And then there are reps where I somehow hit the sweet spot between both, it's very hip dominant and just goes up, I don't feel my glutes not my back excessively.

Hey guys, I've posted here few days ago about my noobie routine and right need I'd like to get some advice on following.

First, I train 3 times a week, mo/wed/fri, squatting three times a week, benching mo+fri and diddlying on Wednesday. Bench days have dips, rows and """core work"'" incorporated, diddly day is ohp, chins and deadlift accessories.
Should I train different volume on squats and bench each day, or keep it 3x/5x5? Will I recover quickly enough if I do more than one set of five with working weight on deadlift?

Also, I've got some spare time at school on Monday around noon and usually I spend it in the school's gym, mostly fucking around. How can I utilize those two hours effectively without disrupting my 'main' training in the evening the same day? Can I do some hypertrophy for change? Or should I accessorize? Or simply bench the whole time and skip the lift in the evening?
