im a fucking boxer you colossal faggot
i know how i need to train, i know what to do; the only limitation is recovery.
how do i fucking ramp that shit up quickly without steroids etc.
creatine was pretty fucking great as a super middleweight but i cant afford the gains in water mass atm

sleep and proteins. i always find a good sauna/steam room followed by a cold shower or bath helps soooo much. Also creatine while training is w/e just stop taking it a couple weeks befor your match. also stay up on electrolytes with the sauna

> be me
> have cycled creatine before, thinking the point was to gain the benefit whilst on the cycle
> felt amazing
> not realising the heightened training intensity is a long term benefit post-cycle
> realise this now
> mfw
aww snap, cheers anon
>hot to cold
have been doing this for a while but mainly because i'm in the tropics and the cold water end to every shower is mandatory for survival

I moved cities, finally joined a new gym, they are mostly grapplers / MT and i dont really know anyone yet
all i know so far is the gym has agreed for me to fly their flag bc my past record, can get me fights and have guys for me to spar

Water OP, lots of it. Creatine if you can, and DONT FUCKING OVERWORK.
ZMA improves sleep and therefore recovery
Gives you funky dreams too
