Never go more than four straight days breh

Typically muscle atrophy occurs after 2 weeks.
So that's not really a concern.
The real concern is that you have 0 willpower, drive, or commitment to this.
Enjoy being 130 lbs for the rest of your life baka

not OP, but aren't rest weeks a thing you're supposed to do once in a while?

But I'm 245 6'2 :(
Sometimes I do this just to experience DOMS all over again. My lifts usually increase after doing this too, but I always take extra care to warm up properly if I haven't lifted in a bit, for whatever reason. I work up a slight sweat on cardio, do some static stretches, then some warm up sets, then lift, then I do static stretches again.

You are supposed to keep lifting at lower intensity.
Do you think you're going to miraculously lose all your gains in just a week?
I have to go out of my country for 3 weeks in January, what will happen if I only do bodyweight exercises for those three weeks? Will I lose gains?

As long as you eat well (aim for maintenaince with lots of protein), you'll lose very little muscle. That which you lose, you'll gain right back fast. Don't stress about it. Do some calisthenics if you want, might help some

thanks man, I'm just worried that I'll lose a few months of progress or something, my lifts are steadily increasing so I don't want to have to go back to babyweight. What sort of calisthenics would you recommend? just lots of push ups and pull ups?

No. Our body is much better than this.
I am a fat fuck that visits the gym maybe 10 times/year and after a week of training I am back to my old strength since I do not lose muscle because I am a fat fuck that eats a lot you know? Because I am a fat fuck.

yes
a 10% deload

I workout around 4 times a week and kind of a dyel/skelly but I'm bulking up after a few months of lifting

nothing bad will happen.
shoo shoo gains goblin!
Just took a week rest and feel stronger than I have in a while
Taking complete rest weeks are a great idea sometimes. When you've been training hard for 6 months in a row and your body is fatigued as fuck and deloads aren't dropping enough fatigue a whole rest week does wonders

I worked out a lot beginnig at age 15 til I was 18 that is why I kind of preserved a good amount of muscle mass that just does not leave me.
