Personally I can't, I've only been lifting two years. IF helps me cut down to the lows % but I lose muscle no matter what. Might want to give that a shot,

I've been half assedly doing that. Kind of gave up on bulking for now. But currently I don't eat until 11 usually and stop eating by 11pm. Noticed slight leaning out and typical strength gains throughout the weeks. So I'm cool with it.
